Our high-end exclusive villa-like experience starts from the moment you check-in, when our guest concierge and the personal maid assigned to assist you throughout your stay will greet you with a welcome drink and a tour of your unit and the hotel facilities. You will be given a direct mobile/WhatsApp contact number to reach your concierge at all times during your stay for any questions or special requests you may have. Your personal maid will deliver a customised breakfast each morning personally cooked to your specifications in our hotel kitchen for you to enjoy either in your villa/suite or in our restaurant, as you prefer. You can ask your maid to assist with shopping, ironing, and meal preparation, and for units with a washer/dryer, your maid can assist with laundry.

Our guests are not limited to our restaurant’s menu for lunch and dinner. Our chef is happy to fulfill special meal requests, and provide private chef service, based on availability. A small surcharge applies for certain services.
