Payment and cancellation policy

Payments: A 30% deposit (including on the service charge) is charged at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance is charged at 60 days before arrival. If the balance is not paid by 7 days after the due date, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. Payments accepted via bank transfer, QR PromptPay, credit card, or PayPal.

Cancellations: The 30% deposit is forfeited if cancelled by the guest more than 60 days before arrival. 100% of the total is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival or for No Shows. A courtesy partial refund of up to 70% of the total booking amount may be provided if we are able to secure another reservation covering the stay dates.

Modifications: Date amendments prior to check-in will incur loss of all prepayments for the cancelled nights. Early departure after check-in will incur the full reservation charge.
