BEST RATE GUARANTEE:
We guarantee to offer the lowest available public rate for direct bookings on our website. If you find a lower total public rate in Thai Baht elsewhere or on our website (including VAT & fees) for the same room type on the same nights with the same booking conditions and inclusions, prior to or within 7 days of booking, contact us with a screenshot of that website’s checkout screen showing the lower total rate (including VAT & fees) and we will beat that rate by an additional 15% of the difference!

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
All bookings on our website require a 30% prepayment/deposit which is charged at the time of booking. The balance is due upon check-in. No shows and cancellations within 3 days of arrival will incur the full reservation charge.

HOTEL POLICIES:
* Check-in time is 2PM. Check-out time is 12 Noon. Early check-in accommodated when possible.
* Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Thai PromptPay, and cash only.
* Child policy: One child under 4 years may stay in same bed as adults for free, with prior notice to the hotel. Children over 4 years count as adults and an extra bed may be required.
* Baby furniture: A baby cot (crib) can be added as a paid option on the booking page.
* Occupancy limit: An extra bed is required for additional guests beyond the stated occupancy limit. Extra guests may not sleep on sofas or chairs in rooms.
* Modifications: Deposits are non-refundable for modifications to dates of stay. Modifications to length of stay after check-in will incur the full reservation charge.
* No shows: Charged for full reservation cost of stay. Please call or email hotel to cancel.
