ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Payment Policy: A 30% deposit (including on the service charge) is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance is due by 60 days before arrival. If the balance is not paid by 7 days after the due date, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. Payments accepted via bank transfer, PromptPay, credit card, or PayPal.
Cancellations: The 30% deposit is forfeited if cancelled by the guest more than 60 days before arrival. 100% of the total is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival or for No Shows. A courtesy partial refund may be provided if we are able to secure another reservation covering the stay dates.
Modifications: Date amendments prior to check-in will incur loss of all prepayments for the cancelled nights. Early departure after check-in will incur the full reservation charge.
Minimum Stay: A minimum stay may be required for some date periods.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each unit is determined by the number of beds. Each king bed may hold two persons (excluding young children per our child policy). Each extra bed or baby cot is for one person. We do not allow guests to use room furniture for sleeping in lieu of extra beds or baby cots.
Check-in/out Time: Check-in begins at 15:00 (3PM). Check-out is by 12:00 (Noon). Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability by prior arrangement, and may incur a surcharge. We require guests to inform us in advance of their expected arrival and departure time in order to coordinate check-in/out procedures.
Child Policy: One child age 3 and under may stay in each king bed with adults for free, with prior notice to the hotel. Children age 4 and over count as adults and an extra bed may be required if exceeding occupancy limits. Baby cots (cribs) and extra beds are subject to daily use fees.
Guest Use: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional guests after check-in are subject to the maximum occupancy rules. Violations will result in booking cancellation without refund. The main guest for the booking is responsible for all additional guests. Only registered guests may use the swimming pool, garden, relaxation hut, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas. Our outdoor facilities can be used 24 hours a day, but quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 – 8:00 (10PM-8AM).
Damage Fees: All units are inspected at check-out for any missing contents,damages or breakages. The expected cleaning, repair or replacement cost is charged, except for normal wear and tear
